We value the health, safety, and confidentiality of our customers. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and we cannot accept returns or offer refunds. STD test kits are considered medical items and, once opened or used, cannot be resold, as this would violate the safety and hygiene standards we uphold.

If you have any questions about your order or believe you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
